Privacy policy / Datenschutz

This notice explains how personal data is handled when you visit Mineycheva. The website presents a personal perfume collection and currently offers no shop, account registration, newsletter or contact form.

1. Controller and contact

Joern Pfannkuch, Trogerstrasse 40, 81675 München, Germany.
Email: joern@pfannkuch.ch

2. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Strasse 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, technical data is processed to deliver the website and maintain its security and stability. This can include your IP address, requested page or file, time of access, referring page, browser, operating system and device type. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

For its Webhosting product, IONOS states that visitor log data is anonymised on collection and retained for eight weeks. IONOS also describes a hosting-side WebAnalytics service; this is separate from Google Analytics. Details: IONOS Webhosting data processing.

3. Your cookie choice

You can accept or reject optional analytics in the privacy banner. Both choices allow you to use the website. We store your choice and its time in your browser’s local storage under mineycheva-analytics-consent-v1. The choice remains valid for 180 days; on a subsequent visit after that period we ask again. This storage is needed to respect your preference and does not serve advertising purposes. Its legal bases are Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our interest in respecting and recording your choice.

You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time using in this page or the footer. Withdrawal stops future analytics collection in this browser and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies set for this website. It does not affect processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Clearing your browser storage also removes the saved preference.

4. Google Analytics

Only if you consent, we load Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, with processing involving Google group companies including Google LLC in the USA. We use it to understand readership and improve the website. It processes usage information such as pages viewed, interactions, session information, referring sources, browser and device characteristics, approximate location and pseudonymous cookie identifiers. Your IP address is necessarily transmitted during communication with Google; GA4 does not log or store individual IP addresses.

The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, our website does not load the Google Analytics script or send analytics pings to Google. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in the website configuration.

Analytics may set cookies named _ga and _ga_R6X4VZY95S. Our tag configures a 180-day cookie lifetime without automatic renewal. Google’s server-side retention is separate: standard GA4 properties provide two- or fourteen-month retention settings for user and event data; the actual property setting governs deletion. Aggregated reports are not subject to that same retention control. You can contact us for the current setting. See Google’s retention information.

Data may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. Google describes reliance on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified US entities and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses. Details and safeguards are available in Google’s transfer framework information and Google’s privacy policy.

5. Email enquiries

If you contact us by email, we process your address and message to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, reflecting our interest in answering correspondence, or Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry concerns a contract. Correspondence is deleted when no longer needed for that purpose, unless statutory retention duties or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require longer storage.

6. Local content and external links

Images, styles and the perfume finder are served with this website. The finder runs in your browser; its answers are not submitted to us by the finder. External links take you to other providers only when you follow them. Those providers are responsible for their own data processing.

7. Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can withdraw consent at any time. Where processing relies on legitimate interests, you may object for reasons relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. Contact the controller above to exercise these rights.

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany. Providing analytics consent is voluntary and is not required to view the site. We do not use your data for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
